General Qualifications

• Minimum of 23 years old.
• Hold a valid Class A CDL with Hazard Materials endorsement in conformance with the Homeland Security/Transportation Administration. Your CDL must be from the state you declare to be your point of permanent domicile.
• Must provide at least 10 years of driving work history or non-driving work history for the past five years.
• A listing of previous employers. A driver's past three-year employment history will be verified by Pullen Brothers. All time periods exceeding 59 days must be verified.
• Stable employment history.
• Good references.
• No abandoned trucks at any previous employer.

Safety History

• No more than two (2) moving violations in the last 12 months.
• No reckless driving convictions in the last 36 months.
• No license suspension for points in the last 36 months.
• Must have no more than five (5) moving violations and/or accidents in the past 36 months.

Documentation

• Driver must have the documents required to complete the INS I-9 form (Employment Eligibility Verification form), a social security card (cannot be laminated) or birth certificate (certified copy) or U.S. passport. If not a U.S. citizen, all required valid work authorization documents.
• Driver is required to carry and present one of the following:
